We understand that DVDs sometimes get lost during the shipping process, so we will replace the occasional lost disc at no charge. To report the issue on our website, Sign In to your account, click on the "Manage/Edit" link from the mini-Queue on the right of your screen. From the Shipped Movies list, click the "Report Problem " link for that movie, located on the right side of the page under DVD PROBLEM. You can find additional information in the BLOCKBUSTER Online® Terms and Conditions. |
